A coordinated AV setup for presentations, panels, and breakout sessions.

A More Personal Way to Support Every Session

I build the technical plan around your conference schedule, room layout, and presentation format. Flat-screen monitors keep visual content easy to follow, while presentation audio helps speakers deliver clearly to the room. Panel microphones are selected and arranged to support natural discussion without distracting from the conversation.

Breakout-session setups are planned with the same attention to flow and usability. I can organize the equipment needed across multiple spaces, prepare for transitions between sessions, and keep the setup consistent for presenters and attendees. The result is a clear, practical environment that helps your event stay focused from opening remarks through the final session.

Ideal For

• Business conferences

• Panel discussions

• Multi-room events

• Breakout sessions

How It Works

1. Review Your Agenda: I learn about your venue, schedule, rooms, presenters, and technical requirements.

2. Build The Setup: I plan monitors, audio, microphones, and breakout equipment around the way your event will run.

3. Support The Event: I prepare the equipment and help maintain smooth transitions throughout the conference.
